What is the video wall controller?
When it comes to video wall for advertising, it is always the problem many people ask how to realize 1 to multi-screen.
The key to do that is video wall controller.
There are 3 types usually for you to choose:
Splitter: the most common one to show a big screen only with 1 input source. And it has 1 in 2 out, 1 in 4 out, 1 in 8 out and 1 in 16 out. If you want to show a big screen on 6 screens you need to choose 1 in 8 out.
Matrix: refers to the concept of linear algebra in advanced mathematics. It can turn the multi-input source to multi-output, which like a matrix. It always has 4 in 4 out, 4 in 8 out, 4 in 12 out, 4 in 16 out, 8 in 8 out and so on. Like 4 in out, you can use 2 computers as the input source and show first on 4 screens and second on another 4 screens.
Splicing processor: expect including all function Matrix has, it can also realize any window opening, overlay, scene saving and rotation, and also has special effects, video overlay, custom logo, system intelligent detection, multi-screen interaction, and other functions. In other words, matrix only switches signal but splicing processor can do the process for the screen. Usually, it can specify the signal qty as you want.
