There are many different types of steel towers such as mono pole, 3-legged triangle lattice tower, 4-legged square lattice tower, all these towers are tapered pole or lattice tower, and straight guyed towers.
Pylon is generally called as power transmission or distribution tower which is used for support medium voltage, high voltage or ultra-high voltage cables, it is a very important infrastructure for the power supply transmission and distribution.

Manufacturing Procedures of Telecom Steel Towers
1, Design layout and drawing, set up specifications and sizes.
2, Buy row angle steel plates and flat steel plates as well as galvanized steel bolts, nuts, washers and springs.
3, Measure and cut out sizes and holes.
4, Weld necessary parts (for angle steel towers, the welded parts are footing plates, antenna mounts, lightning rod, ladder etc.)
5, Polish burrs and welding scars to make all members good surface.
6, Assemble tower sections according to drawings, make sure sizes and connecting parts are correct.
7, Pretreament: clean surface corrosion and oil with acid or other chemicals-->clean with water-->dip in cosolvents-->dry-->dip in hot zinc pool for galvanization-->cooling and curing-->clean-->dry
8, Check quality and start packing.

Important Notice:
1, All towers are customized to project design specifications, wind speed or load, geological conditions, devices to by mounted on tower etc.
2, Tower design and specifications must be done as per required wind speed, site conditions, devices to be mounted on tower and payload.
3, We can design and specify the towers according to customer's requirements.
4, All towers are finished with hot dip galvanization to have excellent anti-corrosion and surface protection.
5, Sometimes the towers are required for straggered White and Red painting for easy identification or warning of aircrafts.
6, All the towers must be erected on steel framed concrete foundations.
7, Tower foundations are designed and specified according to the tower height, weight, payload, wind speed, terrain conditions etc.
8, The steel towers are not standard product but customized to design requirements.
