Spiral steel pipe is made of strip coil as raw material, extruded at regular temperature and welded by automatic double wire double submerged arc welding process. The spiral steel pipe will feed the strip into the welding tube unit, and the strip will be rolled up gradually to form a circular tube blank with open gap after rolling by multiple rolls. The pressure down of the extrusion roll will be adjusted so that the weld gap is controlled within 1~3mm and both ends of the welding joint are flush.
