Pressure fluid transportation, spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipe SY5036-2000, mainly used for conveying oil, natural gas pipelines;
High frequency welded steel pipe sy5038-2000 with spiral seam for pressure fluid transportation, welded by high frequency lap welding method, used for pressure fluid transportation with spiral seam. The steel pipe has strong bearing capacity and good plasticity, which is convenient for welding and processing.
The spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipe SY5037-2000 is used for the general low-pressure fluid transportation. It is made by double-sided automatic submerged arc welding or single-side welding method for the general low-pressure fluid transportation of water, gas, air and steam.
The commonly used standards of spiral steel pipe are generally divided into :SY/T5037-2008 (ministry standard, also known as spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipe for ordinary fluid pipeline), GB/T9711.1-2008 (national standard, also known as oil and gas industry steel pipe delivery technical conditions Part I: Grade A steel pipe (GB/ T9711.2b steel pipe)), API-5L (American Petroleum Institute, also called pipeline steel pipe; It is divided into PSL1 and PSL2 levels) and SY/T5040-2008 (spiral welded steel pipe for pile).
SY/T5037-2008 is the standard set by the Petroleum Ministry, which is generally called the ministry standard.
GB/T9711.1-2008 National spiral pipe, oil and gas industry transmission steel pipe, class A.
High frequency helical seam welded steel pipe (SY5039-2000) for general low pressure fluid transportation is made of hot rolled steel strip as tube billet, often formed by warm spiral, and welded by high frequency lap welding method for general low pressure fluid transportation.
Spiral welded steel pipe for pile (SY5040-2000) is made of hot rolled steel strip as pipe blank, often warm spiral forming, double-sided submerged arc welding or high-frequency welding, used for civil construction structure, wharf, bridge and other foundation pile steel pipe.
