Stainless steel sintered mesh is generally divided into five layers structure, which is divided into four parts: protective layer, filter layer, separation layer and support layer. This kind of filter material not only has uniform and stable filtration accuracy but also has higher strength and stiffness, which is an ideal filter material for the occasions where the compression strength is high and the filtration granularity is uniform.
Because its filtration mechanism is the surface layer filtration, and the mesh hole is smooth, so it has excellent backwash regeneration performance, can be repeated for a long time, especially suitable for continuous and automatic operation process, is any kind of filtering material can not be compared.
The sintered mesh material is easy to be formed, processed and welded, and can be easily processed into various forms of filter elements such as circular, cylindrical, conical, filter grain and so on.
