Wire Mesh Basket Advantage:
(1) Filter basket made of 304/316L or carbon steel lined with fluorine has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for the filtration treatment of acidic alkaline solution

(7) It is made by stainless steel and carbon steel automatic argon arc welding technology. The diameter error is only less than 0.5mm, and the horizontal error is less than 0.2mm.
The filter net weld made by this process is beautiful and firm, with smooth structure, which can be installed in the equipment to improve the sealing degree, ensure the sealing effect and reduce the chance of side leakage.

1.Filter bag material: special high temperature resistance acid alkali polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), polyester (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon monofilament (NMO), etc., stainless steel (SUS304), can meet from 0.5~1000 micron precision filtration.
2.Filter bag mouth: stainless steel ring, galvanized steel ring, PP, PE plastic ring and polyester rope.
3.Filter bag bonding technology and processing technology: the use of imported equipment hot-melt welding, such as plastic ring welding, bottom seam welding and sewing, such as wire seam, cladding, backseam, etc., in addition to providing industry standard bags (01#, 02#, 04#), but also according to the customer's special process design and manufacture of special filter bags.
