Ultra thin steel clad copper clad steel with high strength and high extensibility
ZEGOTA uses innovative technology, high-end equipment and high-quality raw materials to develop and produce high quality copper clad steel sheet/strip with leading high ductility, high combination rate and ultra-thin clad.Steel clad copper clad steel belongs to the combination of non-ferrous metal and steel. It has superior properties in strength, weld ability, heat conduction, lubrication and bending resistance.
Advantages:
1. Ultra thin: By using the unique clad technology, the single-layer clad with 0.01mm thickness can be compounded with 0.03mm base metal, the total thickness can be up to 0.05mm, and the multi-layer clad can be made.
2. High strength: Using unique composite technology and taking advantage of the high strength of steel, while copper is soft, the combination of the two can make full use of its advantages, which clad a special material.
3.High extensibility: Because copper is soft and excellent ductility, steel clad copper clad steel with 35% elongation improvement can be achieved by combining copper and steel together.
Application:
1): Can be used in many fields such as building, automobile, shipbuilding, petrochemical, machinery, medicine, food, electric power, energy, space, building and decoration, etc.
