Copper-steel composite (strip) material has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, formability, elongation, good conductivity, beautiful appearance, low heating and low cost.
Because the current passing through the conductor tends to be skin effect, when the current is transmitted in the conductor at a higher frequency, it will gather on the surface of the conductor rather than distribute evenly in the cross-section of the conductor.
The higher the frequency, the more obvious the skin effect. Therefore, most of the current is transmitted on the surface of conductive materials. The conductivity of copper/steel/copper (composite ratio 10/80/10, copper content 18.65%) composite strip in M state reaches 27.6%, which is higher than that of copper alloy H65. Therefore, the skin effect of current and electronic movement is skillfully applied to a typical example of conductive materials. Copper on the surface of new copper-steel composite materials can meet the basic needs of conductivity, while the base steel in the middle can meet the strength needs of support.
