As an essential foundation industry of the national economy, the steel industry boasts a vast market and complex production processes. From raw materials to finished products, the production chain involves multiple steps including sintering, pelletizing, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking, hot rolling, and cold rolling. The harsh production environment and high manual labor intensity create an urgent need for intelligent upgrades.
Zehua started by addressing the loading, unloading, and storage requirements of cold-rolled steel coils, and has progressively developed solutions for various steel industry scenarios, including wire rod coils, rebar bundles, and blast furnace slag grabbing. These solutions enable the warehouse management system to seamlessly integrate with various processing lines, facilitating data exchange and planned operations. This allows production workshops to better control workflow pacing, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Product Characteristics

1• The AICrane software system creates an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) based on the actual layout of the storage area, maximizing the restoration of on-site conditions.
2• Real-time display of material status at each storage position, inventory management, stock level warning, and report statistics.
3• Communication with the PLC system of ground control systems such as roller tables or walking beams to achieve interlocking control.
4• Intelligent algorithm-based optimization of crane dispatch in coordination with production plans. Automatic avoidance of hazardous areas, real-time position monitoring, and intelligent anti-collision for multiple cranes.
5• Automatic allocation of lifting and storage positions based on process requirements and stacking principles, path optimization, reduction of re-handling operations, improved production efficiency, and reduced crane workload.
Intelligent crane
An intelligent crane is not merely a traditional crane equipped with a remote control or sensors. It is an integrated system with perception, analysis, decision-making, and execution capabilities, typically consisting of the following four layers:
1. Intelligent Sensing and Monitoring Layer (The "Eyes and Nerves" of the System)
* Sensor Network:
* Load Monitoring: Real-time and precise weight measurement to prevent overload.
* Positioning: Utilizes absolute encoders or laser/millimeter-wave radar to achieve centimeter-level precise positioning of the hook in three-dimensional space.
* Condition Monitoring: Monitors motor temperature, vibration, brake wear, wire rope condition, structural stress, etc.
* Anti-Collision System: Enables automatic collision avoidance with other cranes on the same runway, end trucks, or obstacles via laser or ultrasonic sensors.
* Sway Monitoring: Monitors the swing amplitude of the load.
* Vision Systems: Integrated high-definition cameras (hook cameras, panoramic cameras) provide real-time video feedback, assisting with blind-spot operations and activity recording.

2. Intelligent Control and Execution Layer (The "Brain and Cerebellum" of the System)
* Intelligent Drive System: Full variable frequency control for smooth and precise speed adjustment.
* Automatic Anti-Sway System: Automatically suppresses hook and load swing via software algorithms (input shaping or model-following) to achieve "spot-on" positioning.
* Precision Positioning System: Automatically moves the hook to preset coordinates based on position feedback.
* Automatic Operation and Path Planning: Can store and repeat a series of motion sequences (e.g., pick from Point A, move to and drop at Point B) and plan optimal paths.
* Human-Machine Interface (HMI): Modern touchscreen HMI that graphically displays all statuses, alarms, and operational controls.

3. Digital Connectivity and Data Layer (The "Circulatory System")
* Industrial Communication Modules: Support industrial Ethernet protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP for seamless integration into the factory IoT.
* Wireless Communication: Supports Wi-Fi, 4G/5G for remote monitoring, data upload, and wireless remote control.
* Data Gateway / Edge Computing Unit: Collects and processes local data, uploading it to the cloud or server.
* Remote Access and Diagnostics: Allows authorized engineers to remotely access the system to view status, diagnose faults, and even update programs.

4. Intelligent Management and Application Layer (The "Intelligent Hub")
* Crane Management System (CMS):
* Real-Time Monitoring Dashboard: Visually displays the status, position, load, and alarms of all cranes from a control room or computer.
* Job Scheduling and Logging: Records details of each operation (start/end time, operator, load, etc.), creating electronic work orders.
* Predictive Maintenance Alerts: Forecasts potential failures based on equipment operational data (e.g., motor start/stop cycles, operating hours, vibration trends), enabling proactive maintenance scheduling and shifting from reactive repair to proactive care.

A: Yes. Our core design and manufacturing follow international standards such as ISO, FEM, DIN. We can apply for and provide CE certification (covering Machinery Directive MD and Low Voltage Directive LVD) for target markets, along with a full Declaration of Conformity and technical documentation.

A: Our standard quotation is typically EXW or FOB. Q: How do you guarantee product quality? Do you have testing and factory inspection procedures?

A: We implement a strict quality control system. Every crane undergoes mandatory key process inspections, no-load and load tests(including rated load and overload tests), and complete operational debugging before leaving the factory.
