The Anode Carbon Stacking Overhead Crane is specialized transfer equipment used in the carbon block warehouse of carbon plants. It mainly consists of the bridge, bridge traveling mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guiding device, clamp device, control system, and electric hoist. It is used for handling green and baked carbon blocks in the anode carbon block warehouse, as well as for other miscellaneous lifting tasks. Its integrated clamp can grip 19 or 21 longitudinally arranged anode carbon blocks per cycle for stacking or truck loading, and can also remove waste blocks and insert qualified blocks, with a stacking capacity of up to 9 layers.
The crane features dual-drive for bridge travel and adopts variable frequency control combined with PLC. All crane operations are performed from the operator's cab, which is equipped with an adjustable air conditioning system for heating and cooling.

1.With PLC as the core, it integrates laser positioning (stacking position recognition), barcode/RFID scanning (carbon block traceability), and a human-machine interface (operation and monitoring). It supports manual/automatic mode switching and can be interconnected with the factory MES system.
2.Hoisting and traveling mechanisms feature variable frequency speed control, low noise, low energy consumption, smooth operation, and a speed regulation range of 1:10, ensuring energy saving and consumption reduction.
3.The specialized clamp (mechanically or hydraulically driven) features a contour-matching design that conforms to the carbon block surface. It is equipped with adjustable clamping force (to prevent crushing of carbon blocks), anti-tilt cushioning functionality, and, in some models, rotational fine-tuning to accommodate deviations in carbon block placement.
