The 1575/1760/1880 toilet paper rewinding machine is a fully automatic converting solution engineered for tissue mills that demand high output, precise roll quality and low production cost. Built around PLC control, this toilet roll rewinding machine automatically resets the rewinding cycle, ejects finished rolls and restarts the next cycle, while trimming, spraying and tail sealing are performed in one complete synchronized operation. It replaces traditional off-line trimming with integrated trimming margin and sealing tail technology, leaving a 10mm to 20mm paper tail on every finished roll for easy opening by end users. This design achieves zero paper tail loss and significantly reduces material cost during long production runs.

Available in 1575mm, 1760mm and 1880mm working widths, the machine converts jumbo toilet paper rolls of up to 1200mm diameter into finished products of 40mm to 200mm diameter, covering cored and coreless roll production for toilet tissue, JRT and kitchen towel lines.
