Chemical Factory 500L/H Single-Stage Reverse Osmosis
Water output 500L/H, desalination rate 95%~99%, applicable to electronics, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. Adopt high quality RO membrane, and equipped with high efficiency high pressure pump, automatic control (PLC/microcomputer) and pre-treatment (multi-media + activated carbon + softened water filtration) to ensure pure water quality (conductivity ≤ 10μS/cm).
Integrated design, energy-saving optional, support UV / ozone sterilization.
Technical parameters: working pressure 0.4-1.6MPa, size is 1200×800×1900mm.
1. System Overview
The 500L single-stage reverse osmosis (RO) system is a high-efficiency water treatment system mainly used to remove dissolved salts, organics, bacteria, and other impurities in water, with a water production capacity of 500 liters/hour (about 0.5 tons/hour). The system adopts single-stage reverse osmosis technology, which realizes the separation of pure water and dirty water through RO membrane by pressurizing raw water with high-pressure pump.
2. Main Features
High-efficiency Desalination Rate: adopting high-quality RO membrane, the desalination rate can be up to 95%~99%, which effectively removes ions, colloids and microorganisms from water.
Energy-saving Design: equipped with high-efficiency high-pressure pump and energy recovery device (optional) to reduce operating energy consumption.
Automatic Control: automatic start/stop, flushing and fault alarm function, easy to operate.
Integrated Structure: pre-treatment, RO mainframe, post-treatment unit integrated design for easy maintenance.
Stable Water Quality: built-in UV sterilization or ozone device (optional), to ensure that the produced water meets the standard of pure water (conductivity ≤ 10μS/cm).

Cleaning Device: chemical cleaning interface, regular maintenance of membrane flux.
Electric Control Box: integrated pressure gauge, flow meter, conductivity meter and other monitoring instruments.
