Stainless steel precision seamless tube is a high-accuracy tubular product manufactured without any welded seam. It is produced through processes such as extrusion or piercing, followed by cold drawing or cold rolling to achieve precise dimensional tolerances, smooth surface finishes, and consistent mechanical properties. Unlike welded tubes, seamless construction eliminates the risk of weld-related defects, making it ideal for high-pressure and critical applications. The term "precision" refers to the tight control over outer diameter, inner diameter, and wall thickness, typically achieving tolerances within ±0.15 mm.

Process Overview
The production of stainless steel precision seamless tube begins with a solid stainless steel billet. The billet is heated and then formed into a hollow tube shell through either extrusion or piercing.
Once the hollow shell is formed, it undergoes cold drawing or cold rolling. This process reduces the tube's diameter and wall thickness while improving dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness. Multiple cold working passes may be applied, with annealing (heat treatment) performed between passes to restore ductility and corrosion resistance.
After reaching the final dimensions, the tube is straightened, cut to length, and undergoes surface finishing. Strict quality inspections — including dimensional checks, hydrostatic testing, and non-destructive testing — are carried out to ensure the tube meets the required specifications.

Stainless steel can be magnetic depending on its internal structure. Austenitic grades like 304 and 316 are normally non-magnetic, but ferritic (430) and martensitic (410) grades are magnetic due to their different crystal structure. Even 304 or 316 may become slightly magnetic after cold working such as bending or stamping, which transforms some austenite into martensite. Therefore, magnetism does not indicate quality — it simply reflects the steel's microstructure and processing history.
For standard materials and sizes held in stock, delivery is guaranteed within 3 days of payment receipt. For products requiring custom dimensions or surface finishes, the lead time is 7 to 15 working days after payment confirmation. Applicable product standards must be specified at the time of order. For projects with specific technical requirements, please provide detailed parameters, tolerance ranges, and other relevant specifications. Upon completion, accurate measurements, inspection images, video documentation, and material test reports are provided for customer confirmation.

Custom markings on outer packaging are available upon request at no additional cost. Once the marking design is approved, it will be affixed using waterproof tape. If no specific marking is requested, packaging will be shipped without markings by default.
