This 0.6/1kV low-voltage Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC Cable) is a compact bundled overhead power cable structured with 3×35mm² phase conductors + 1×50mm² reinforced neutral/messenger conductor. Different from conventional equal-core ABC cables, it adopts an upgraded asymmetric core design with enlarged neutral conductor cross-section, which greatly improves unbalanced current carrying capacity and system operation safety. All conductors are covered with high-performance UV-stabilized XLPE insulation, realizing full insulation protection for the entire cable. The product integrates power transmission and self-supporting installation functions, specially developed for outdoor low-voltage overhead power distribution networks. It effectively solves common problems of traditional bare overhead lines, such as phase short circuit, electric leakage, wind swing collision and tree branch interference, and is widely recognized as an upgraded solution for urban and rural power grid reconstruction and new distribution projects worldwide.
