ACSR SWAN (4AWG) is a widely‑used bare overhead steel‑reinforced aluminum conductor complying with ASTM B232 standard. It adopts 6‑strand 1350‑H19 aluminum wires concentrically stranded over one high‑strength galvanized steel core (6/1 stranding structure). This design combines high electrical conductivity of aluminum and high tensile strength of galvanized steel core. It delivers excellent strength‑to‑weight ratio, low‑sag performance and reliable mechanical stability for overhead distribution lines. SWAN 4AWG is extensively used for medium‑low voltage overhead power distribution, rural & urban grid construction and renovation projects worldwide.
