0.6/1kV 3×95+50mm² AAC+XLPE/AAAC+XLPE aerial bundled cable (ABC Cable) is a heavy-duty overhead power distribution cable independently developed for low-voltage large-current power supply scenarios. This cable adopts a 3-phase + 1-neutral integrated structure, equipped with 95mm² high-conductivity pure aluminum phase conductors and 50mm² high-tensile aluminum alloy neutral messenger conductor. With upgraded high-density cross-linked polyethylene insulation, the product features larger current carrying capacity, stronger mechanical stability and superior outdoor weather resistance compared with conventional small-section ABC cables. It is widely adopted for heavy-load regional power grid construction, industrial overhead power supply and urban and rural power grid capacity expansion projects, fully conforming to international IEC standard specifications to ensure zero-failure long-term outdoor operation.
Construction & Material Features
This overhead bundled cable adopts optimized compact stranding technology, with differentiated conductor materials for phase and neutral cores, realizing perfect balance of power transmission efficiency and mechanical laying performance:
Phase Conductors (3×95mm² AAC): Made of high-purity all-aluminum conductor with compact stranded structure, it boasts ultra-low resistivity, large cross-sectional conductive area and excellent current transmission capability. It can stably bear long-term heavy-load current and effectively reduce line energy consumption, meeting the power demand of high-power equipment and dense residential areas.
Neutral Messenger Conductor (1×50mm² AAAC): Adopts high-strength aluminum alloy material with enhanced tensile strength, anti-creep performance and structural toughness. Different from ordinary pure aluminum conductors, it can bear the overall tension of long-span overhead laying, effectively avoid cable sagging and deformation, and serve as both neutral wire and load-bearing core.
XLPE Insulation Sheath: Uses new formula UV-resistant, heat-resistant and aging-resistant XLPE insulation material. The insulation layer has uniform thickness, smooth surface and high dielectric strength, which can effectively resist ultraviolet irradiation, high-temperature baking, low-temperature freezing and atmospheric corrosion in outdoor environments, and prevent insulation breakdown, cracking and aging damage.
Integrated Bundled Structure: The four insulated single wires are tightly stranded into a whole, with compact structure and strong integration. It avoids line entanglement, wind swing friction and external scratch damage during overhead operation, and greatly improves the overall safety and stability of the power line.
