Product Construction
Conductor: Stranded aluminum (Class 2), compacted to ensure a smooth and round profile.
Conductor Screen: Extruded semi-conductive layer to ensure a smooth electrical interface with the insulation.
Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene), providing excellent electrical and thermal properties.
Insulation Screen: Extruded semi-conductive layer, often combined with a metallic screen (e.g., copper tape).
Metallic screen: copper tape screen
Armor: Steel Tape Armor (STA), providing robust mechanical protection against impact and crushing.
Outer Sheath: Durable and UV-resistant PVC or PE sheath, protecting the cable from moisture, chemicals, and environmental stress.
