It serves as surface protection material in aluminum substrate PCB production. It effectively prevents high-temperature oxidation, surface abrasion and chemical pollution during baking, etching and lamination processes, and is extensively used in mass production within circuit board manufacturers.
Original tape rolls support precision die-cutting into round pads, rectangular strips and special-shaped gaskets. These processed die-cut products are commonly applied for partial shielding, thermal insulation and temporary fixation of electronic parts during precision electronic assembly.
Suitable for masking operations on metal hardware during paint baking, powder coating and electroplating. Cover areas that require no coating to stop paint penetration. After high-temperature curing, it can be peeled off cleanly without adhesive residue to maintain flawless workpiece surfaces.
