PP Strap Production Line Single Screw Offering Adjustable Speed Plastic Strap Extrusion for Customized Packaging Solutions
The Regular PP Strap Production Line ZRPP-90A is a fully automatic single-screw extrusion equipment specially developed for continuous production of polypropylene strapping bands. Widely applied in packaging, cargo bundling, logistics storage and industrial binding fields, this whole production line realizes strict dimensional accuracy and stable finished strap quality through standardized process control.
This line adopts a single-screw extruder with optimized screw and barrel structure to achieve excellent plasticization of PP raw materials. The complete set of equipment is composed of automatic feeding unit, extrusion die head, water cooling tank, drying device, preheating & stretching system, embossing mechanism and automatic winding machines. The whole production process is centrally coordinated and controlled by PLC touch screen system, which ensures high continuity, stability and high efficiency of production.
It supports processing both brand-new virgin PP pellets and recycled reprocessed PP granules, and color masterbatch can be added for customized color production. The finished PP strap width covers 5~19mm, with adjustable thickness from 0.3mm to 1.3mm, which can satisfy diverse packaging and bundling demands from different industries.
