Product characteristics

Equipped with the Heikawa Motion Control System, the machine delivers 12 customizable cutting modes to accommodate products with different widths. Operators are able to freely set the exact starting and ending cutting rows, with three adjustable feed speeds available for diverse cutting processing requirements.
This cutting machine adopts a 5000W servo system for spindle control and a 3300W servo system for circular cutter operation. The built-in safety mechanism enables an instant automatic shutdown once an alarm is triggered, effectively protecting the circular cutter from breakage and extending component service life.
Lateral movement is driven by a 1500W servo motor, matched with NSK 3210 lead screw and 35 guide rail sets. The whole structure ensures a precise positioning tolerance of ±0.02mm within a 1000mm moving range.
The feeding mechanism is composed of upper silver 3210 screw and 30 guide rails, supported by 1500W servo control. It maintains stable structural strength and ultra-high feeding accuracy during long-term continuous operation.
Swing angle adjustment relies on upper silver 1610 screw rod and 400W servo control unit, supporting an adjustable angle range from -9.5° to +9.5° to meet various cutting angle demands.
A 60W water pump is configured for cutting cooling work, paired with high-precision needle valves to accurately adjust water flow. This design realizes silent and stable cooling performance throughout the cutting process.
Key components including the knife holder and lateral movement parts are processed with professional QBQ treatment, greatly improving their hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-deformation capability.
Comes with a 15-inch main operation display, featuring a concise interface and intuitive operation process for easy parameter setting.
The machine is fitted with a full set of auxiliary lighting systems, including dedicated lights for electrical box opening, machine box access and daily startup operation.
Adopts premium stainless steel dry-wet separation knife box structure. The wet area uses sponge absorption to collect cutting silicone oil, while the dry area applies wool felt for blade cleaning, efficiently reducing silicone oil residue on finished materials.
Equipped with a stainless steel diversion pipe drainage system, which centrally discharges waste liquid and avoids silicone oil splashing and accumulation during equipment operation.
The flipping reversal structure consists of a heavy-duty divider and 1000W servo motor, achieving zero-error flipping operation. It supports arbitrary emergency stop, and the system can automatically calibrate and correct flipping actions according to actual working conditions after alarm reset.
It supports simultaneous 5-axis cutting operation. Idle axes can be flexibly used for material loading and unloading, greatly saving production time and improving overall working efficiency.
Comes with a complete tool rest assembly, perfectly applicable for processing products with a spindle core diameter of 25mm or less.
