The enclosure incorporates twin propulsion jet channels, ergonomic handgrips, a sealed central battery compartment, and molded-in brass inserts for waterproof electronic control panels.
Accompanied by our custom 5-axis CNC-machined cast aluminum mold tooling, we guarantee high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness across complex curved channels, and flawless surface finish. We deliver end-to-end OEM/ODM custom development from 3D hydrodynamic CAD modeling to complete mold fabrication and plastic part mass production.
