Crafted from high-density cast aluminum alloy, the oval deep-draw cavity features an engineered grid of internal reinforcement ribs. This structural design guarantees high wall strength, preventing side-wall bowing under heavy water pressure while ensuring uniform plastic resin deposition during oven rotation. The wide-mouth rim incorporates precision CNC-machined sealing flanges with alignment dowel pins to eliminate parting line flash and resin leakage.
The mold cavity is enclosed within a rigid octagonal square-tube steel skeleton frame equipped with heavy-duty long-handle perimeter toggle clamps. This supports multi-axis thermal rotation without structural sagging or thermal warping.
