I. Product Overview: The Junhe® double-Deck furnace adopts a tray stepping combined with a tooling design. It can solve the sintering problems of large-sized coated and sprayed workpieces, meet the requirements of batch control and high yield rate. It has low energy consumption, excellent safety and environmental protection, prevents material mixing, and has a low operating cost. It can also be upgraded with informatization, intelligence, and the Internet of Things.
II. Functional Features:
1. Module Standardization: With stable performance, modular and standardized design, the whole machine can be assembled, plugged and played. It is convenient to install, can be intelligently selected, and is easy to upgrade. It is matched with the Junhe standard coater without debugging.
2. Small Footprint: The equipment is compact with a double-layer design, saving nearly two-thirds of the area compared with traditional sintering furnaces.
3. Excellent Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection: The cooling waste heat is recycled, the whole is enclosed, and the waste gas is collected centrally.
4. Good Batch Management: The batch trays are pre-baked and sintered continuously in a stepping manner. Each tray is matched with each basket of the coater. The batch data is controlled, preventing material mixing and achieving good batch management.
5. Low Operating Cost: The energy of pre-baking, sintering, and cooling is complementary and mutually controlled, saving energy consumption costs. Theoretically, it saves more than 30% compared with traditional furnaces. The one-side feeding and discharging reduces the investment in intelligence and the labor cost of loading and unloading.
