Description
Molybdenum is present in minerals in various oxidation states and is often used in the manufacture of steel alloys, high-strength alloys and superalloys. High Purity Molybdenum Discs have the characteristics of high melting point, high tensile strength, high density, strong thermal conductivity, high radiation intensity, corrosion resistance, easy processing, low expansion coefficient, high conductivity, long service life and so on. It is often used as a thermal insulation material in aerospace, a cooling wafer substrate for large-scale integrated circuits, an electronic component that encapsulates LED chips, a contact material for silicon-controlled rectifiers or transistors. High Purity Molybdenum Discs can also be used as targets in the vacuum coating industry or in magnetron sputtering processes to produce high-energy X-rays in magnetic resonance imaging equipment and experimental research equipment to assist operators in treatment and analysis.
