WL10/WL20 Lanthanated Tungsten Welding Electrode Description
WL10/WL20 Lanthanated Tungsten Welding Electrode is made by powder metallurgy by adding proper amount of lanthanum oxide to tungsten base. It has the characteristics of high melting point, easy to start arc, low tip temperature, low evaporation rate, strong ductility, no radiation, resistance to arc ablation and high hardness. WL10/WL20 Lanthanated Tungsten Welding Electrode can significantly improve the service life and processing rate of tungsten electrode, which can not only be used in the process of DC and AC welding of low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloy and titanium metal, but also widely used in the processing and grinding field of jewelry, semiconductor, glass and other industries.
Tungsten Lanthanum alloys have the following properties:
1, high melting point: tungsten has a very high melting point, reaching 3410 ° C, showing extraordinary oxidation resistance in extreme high temperature environments.
