This set is bounce lock hardware developed specifically for concealed three-slide screen windows and single panel screen windows. The lock adopts zinc alloy body with stainless steel internal components, featuring a concealed recessed design for a neat and minimalist appearance. No key required; simply press to lock. It can be unlocked with a Phillips screwdriver in emergency cases. Easy to install and simple to operate. Compatible with aluminum alloy screen window profiles with a wall thickness of 12mm or above. It is a universal hardware fitting for both residential and engineering screen windows.
The zinc alloy body is precision-formed, offering excellent weather resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The lock body is made of high-density zinc alloy through one-piece die-casting, resulting in a compact structure with ample rigidity. It resists deformation and breakage even after long-term, repeated opening and closing, and exhibits outstanding impact resistance and wear resistance; Key components of the lock cylinder are made of stainless steel, eliminating issues such as rust and jamming. The product strictly complies with the QB/T3891-1999 General Technical Standard for Door and Window Hardware. It features a locking force of up to 350 N and has passed a durability test of 200,000 opening and closing cycles as well as a 500-hour neutral salt spray corrosion resistance test, ensuring long-term stable performance in humid outdoor environments. Custom spray-painted finishes are available to match the appearance of various screen door profiles.
