Our Pea Protein Isolation Extraction Equipment Production Line carries out the whole sequence: fine grinding of dehulled peas, alkali extraction at a controlled pH, centrifugal separation of the protein liquor from coarse solids, isoelectric precipitation of the protein curd, washing, and finally spray drying to a fine, free flowing powder.

Every stage is monitored by pH, temperature and flow instruments linked to a central PLC, so the line delivers a consistent protein content above 85 percent with a balanced amino acid profile. Stainless steel construction and CIP cleaning ensure food safety, and the modular layout can be sized from pilot plants to large commercial capacities.
