The OHS Series 32 Pin Bayonet Ultra-Small Circular Connector Plug is a compact and reliable connector designed for electrical connection and signal transmission in DC and AC circuits. Based on Russian connector technology, this connector combines a small structure, high-density contacts, and stable electrical performance, making it suitable for applications where installation space is limited but reliable connectivity is required.
Featuring a 32 Pin male contact configuration with Φ1.0 contacts, the OHS series provides efficient signal transmission and power distribution in various electrical, radio, and control systems. The bayonet coupling structure enables quick connection and disconnection while maintaining a secure mechanical lock, improving installation efficiency and operational reliability.
The connector is designed with multi-level key positioning to prevent incorrect installation and ensure accurate mating between plug and socket. The plug adopts a straight plastic tail attachment design, while the socket features a compact structure without a tail attachment, making it suitable for space-saving equipment layouts. It can also be matched and interchanged with original Russian ОНS-BС-1(2) series connectors.
The shell is available in aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment or zinc alloy with nickel plating, providing excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. Gold or silver-plated copper alloy contacts ensure stable conductivity and low contact resistance for long-term electrical performance.
