The ZH23 Series 3-pin bayonet connector is designed for applications requiring fast mating, reliable positioning, and resistance to demanding environmental conditions. Its quick bayonet coupling system allows the connector to be engaged and released efficiently, while the five-button positioning structure helps prevent incorrect insertion and supports accurate alignment.
The connector uses a PPS insulating material and gold-plated copper alloy contacts for stable electrical performance. Aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment or industrial-grade zinc alloy with nickel plating is available for the shell. The ZH23 Series can be matched and interchanged with compatible Russian СНЦ23 series connectors.

During mating, the connector's positioning structure guides the plug and receptacle into the correct orientation. The bayonet mechanism then locks the two halves with a short rotational movement, creating a stable mechanical connection. Electrical power or signals are transmitted through the mating contacts.
