The ZONCN Z2000 Inverter provides core protection for the safe and stable operation of construction hoists. Leveraging high-performance current vector control technology, it enables smooth and seamless startup and shutdown of the hoist. Supporting both linear and S-curve acceleration/deceleration adjustment, the inverter precisely suppresses current surges during startup and inertia impacts when stopping. This not only significantly enhances passenger comfort but also reduces wear on mechanical components such as gear racks and brake discs, extending equipment service life. Meanwhile, it ensures stable cargo transportation to prevent material damage.In terms of protection functions, the inverter is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, overheating, phase loss, and short circuit protection. Combined with fast current limiting and torque limiting control, it continuously monitors operating status and automatically avoids fault trips caused by abnormal working conditions. The "momentary power failure ride-through" function further maintains short-term equipment operation during sudden grid power outages, building a comprehensive safety barrier for construction hoists. It is fully adaptable to the complex working conditions of high-rise building construction, such as high-frequency start-stop operations and large load fluctuations.
