Product Introduction:

This infrared temperature sensor (RS485 type) is a high-precision industrial grade detection equipment based on non-contact infrared temperature measurement principle. It adopts a professional surface mounted array temperature sensor probe and has comprehensive advantages such as wide measurement range, high accuracy, good linearity, easy installation, and long transmission distance. The product shell is made of 304 stainless steel with a protection level of IP54, suitable for working environments of 0-60 ℃ and 10-95% RH, and can be widely used for temperature monitoring in various industrial sites.

• Excellent measurement performance: supports multiple range options such as 0-600 ℃ (default), with a measurement accuracy of ± 1% or ± 1.5 ℃ (whichever is higher) of the measured value, a spectral range of 8-14 μ m, and an optical resolution of 20:1. It can accurately capture target infrared radiation and convert it into stable electrical signals.
• Interface and Communication Standards: Adopting RS485 output, standard Modbus RTU protocol, default baud rate of 4800bps, supporting 0x03/0x06 function codes, easy to connect to PLC or industrial control systems; The register address is clearly defined and can read real-time temperature and modify device address/baud rate.
• Easy installation and power supply: The external dimensions are 113mm × ф 18mm, and the M18 × 1 thread supports direct installation or bracket fixation; The power supply voltage is 10-30V DC, with a maximum power consumption of only 1.2W. It comes standard with a 2-meter cable (customizable) and comes with a fixed nut for simple and reliable wiring.
