Industrial Grade Online Nitrate Ion Sensor RS-485/4-20mA/0~100.0 mg/L

Product Introduction:

The online nitrate ion sensor is an intelligent water quality monitoring device based on PVC membrane ion selective electrode method, designed for continuous online detection of nitrate concentration in water bodies. The device is equipped with a Pt1000 temperature sensor, which enables automatic temperature compensation and effectively suppresses the interference of environmental temperature changes on measurement results, ensuring accurate and reliable data. The overall protection level of the machine reaches IP68, and it can work for a long time immersed in pipelines, water pools or natural water bodies, adapting to complex working conditions of 0-40 ℃ and ≤ 0.2MPa. The product has undergone 72 hours of aging and two-point calibration before leaving the factory, and is ready for use out of the box, meeting the stringent requirements for real-time monitoring of nitrate in fields such as environmental monitoring, sewage treatment, drinking water pipe networks, aquaculture, and agricultural irrigation.

  • High precision and wide range: default range 0~100 mg/L, resolution 0.1 mg/L; Optional 0~1000 mg/L. The accuracy is ± 5% or ± 2 mg/L of the reading (whichever is higher), with a detection limit as low as 0.1 mg/L.
  • Dual shell optional: Available in POM+316L (standard) and POM+ABS (economy) materials, suitable for different corrosive environments.
  • Stable and durable: patented reference system (salt bridge micro pressure structure) extends electrode life; Standard 5-meter waterproof cable, flexible installation.
  • Multi signal output: Standard RS-485 (Modbus RTU)+optional 4-20mA current output, easy to connect to third-party devices such as PLC, DCS, touch screen, etc.
  • Easy installation: 3/4 NPT thread, supports immersion installation (tilt ≥ 15 °), power consumption is only 0.2W (12V power supply), can operate continuously for a long time.
