Product Introduction:

The online total hardness sensor is a high-performance intelligent analytical instrument designed specifically for industrial water quality monitoring. It adopts a calcium magnesium ion selective electrode based on PVC film, which can accurately and quickly measure the total hardness of water (measured by CaCO3), and is widely used in water treatment, boiler feedwater, circulating cooling water, sewage treatment, and environmental monitoring scenarios. The sensor is equipped with automatic temperature compensation (Pt1000) and supports RS-485 (Modbus RTU) bus output. It can be easily connected to third-party devices such as PLC, DCS, and industrial control screens to achieve real-time data acquisition and remote monitoring.

• High precision and wide range: measurement range of 0-1000.0 mg/L, resolution of 0.1 mg/L, reading accuracy of ± 10%, meeting the monitoring needs from low concentration to high hardness.
• Stable and durable electrode: Adopting a patented calcium magnesium ion electrode structure, the internal reference solution slowly seeps out under micro pressure driving, ensuring long-term stability and longer service life.
• Convenient installation and protection: 3/4 NPT pipe thread design, supports submerged or pipeline installation, with an IP68 protection level for the entire machine, and can be submerged in water for a long time (including seawater environment).
• Flexible communication and power supply: Standard RS-485 (Modbus RTU), optional 4-20mA analog output; 12-24VDC wide voltage power supply, with a power consumption of only 0.2W, supporting long-distance wiring.
• Factory pre calibration: Standard calibration solution (10/100 mg/L or 100/1000 mg/L) is included with the box. The sensor has completed two-point calibration before leaving the factory and can be used immediately, reducing the operating threshold.
