The ceramic ball mill is mainly composed of a cylinder, main bearing, reinforced concrete support, transmission part, etc. The cylinder is a welded assembly including a shaft head, a head, and a cylinder body.
The operation of the cylinder is divided into main drive and auxiliary drive. The main drive is realized by the final belt drive of the main motor reducer. The final belt drive is composed of a V-belt, one end of which is wrapped on the groove pit of the pulley and the other end is wrapped on the surface of the cylinder.
The auxiliary drive is realized by the auxiliary motor reducer and the final belt drive. The main drive realizes the grinding of materials in the cylinder.
Working principle of ceramic ball mill
The ceramic ball mill motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reduction device. When the cylinder rotates, the crushed ore and steel balls in the cylinder are brought to a height by the liner due to friction and centrifugal force. Due to gravity, they are thrown and poured, and the ore is gradually crushed under the impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge part. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder for further grinding. The feeder feeds the material continuously and evenly, and the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill. The ceramic ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work continuously 24 hours a day.
