Titanium dioxide introduction:

In recent years, my country's titanium dioxide industry has grown several times in terms of production capacity, output and market demand. Titanium dioxide is considered to be one of the best white pigments in the world and is widely used in coatings, plastics, papermaking, printing inks, chemical fibers, rubber, cosmetics and other industries. The ceramic industry is also an important application field for titanium dioxide. Ceramic-grade titanium dioxide has high purity, uniform particle size, high refractive index and excellent high temperature resistance. Based on the material characteristics of titanium dioxide and the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced equipment and technology, our company has independently developed a *titanium dioxide rotary kiln.
Titanium dioxide rotary kiln introduction:

The structure of the titanium dioxide rotary kiln is similar to that of the rotary kiln in the alumina and cement industries. Its cylinder is made of rolled steel plates, with refractory lining inside, forming a specified angle with the horizontal line. The cylinder is covered with three rectangular wheel belts supported on each gear support device. A large gear ring is fixed on the cylinder near the middle wheel belt with a tangential spring plate, and a small gear meshes with it below. During normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln.

Performance characteristics of titanium dioxide rotary kiln
The titanium dioxide rotary kiln has a chemical reaction function. During the formation of clinker, a series of physical and chemical reactions occur. The rotary kiln can meet the requirements of heat and temperature for the formation of different minerals in stages, and can also meet their requirements for time. It is an ideal chemical reactor. Function of degrading and utilizing waste. Because the rotary kiln has a high temperature field and a thermal field with a long airflow stagnation time, it can degrade toxic and harmful waste discharged from the chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. At the same time, most of the heavy metal elements can be solidified in the clinker to generate stable salts, avoiding the secondary pollution easily generated by the "garbage incinerator".

2. The titanium dioxide calcining kiln has the function of heat exchange. The rotary kiln has a relatively uniform temperature field, which can meet the heat exchange requirements of each stage of the cement clinker formation process, especially the requirements of alite mineral generation.

3. The titanium dioxide rotary kiln is an inclined rotary cylinder (the slope is generally 3%-5%). The raw material is added from the upper part of the cylinder (i.e. the kiln tail). In the continuous movement of the kiln, the material gradually moves from the upper part to the lower end (i.e. the kiln head). Therefore, the rotary kiln is a conveying equipment.

4. The titanium dioxide rotary kiln is also a combustion equipment. The finely ground coal powder is sprayed into the kiln by the kiln head blower. The heat generated by the combustion is transferred to the material through three basic heat transfer methods: radiation, convection and conduction. As a combustion equipment, the rotary kiln has a wide space and thermal field, which can provide sufficient air, install excellent combustion devices, ensure full combustion, and provide heat for clinker calcination.
