Coal Gangue Rotary Kiln Equipment Introduction

Coal gangue, also known as coal-based kaolin, is a mineral associated with coal and a valuable resource unique to my country. Although it exists abroad, the ore layer is thin and has no mining value. Coal-based calcined kaolin is well received by the papermaking and coating markets for its high whiteness and high hiding power, and occupies an important position in the market. At the same time, with the shrinkage of domestic water-washed soil resources, coal-based calcined soil is increasingly favored by customers.

Structural composition and instructions for use of coal gangue rotary kiln

The coal gangue rotary kiln operates at high temperature with heavy load alternation and slow speed. The maintenance of its accessory equipment and the level of thermal system control are related to the efficiency of the rotary kiln operation. The maintenance focus of the transmission device is the lubrication, operating status, dynamic detection of the equipment, and the meshing accuracy of large and small gears; the installation accuracy of the support device determines whether the rotary kiln can operate reliably. During operation, attention should be paid to reasonably controlling the load distribution of each gear support wheel, the layout of the support wheel, the up and down pressure and time of the hydraulic stop wheel, the force of the support wheel, and the gap between the wheel belt and the pad. The quality of the sealing device directly affects the thermal system and operating cost of the rotary kiln. Strengthening the daily maintenance data collation and analysis of the kaolin rotary kiln is conducive to the management of the equipment.

Working principle of coal gangue rotary kiln
During the operation of the coal gangue rotary kiln, the raw material powder is fed into the kiln cylinder from the feed pipe on the upper part of the kiln tail cylinder. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln cylinder, the material produces a composite movement that rolls along the circumferential direction and moves from high temperature to low end along the axial direction. The raw material is decomposed and burned in the kiln. After being burned into cement clinker, it is discharged from the bottom of the kiln cylinder and enters the cooler. The fuel is sprayed into the kiln head and burned in the kiln. The heat generated heats the raw material, so that the raw material is calcined into clinker. The hot air formed in the process of exchanging with the material enters the kiln system from the kiln feed end and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
