The Heat Pipe Solar Collector uses evacuated tube technology and sealed heat pipes to efficiently capture solar energy for hot water and heating applications. Its pressurized, water-free heat pipe design provides excellent freeze resistance, corrosion protection, and reliable year-round operation.
With high-conductivity materials and customizable configurations, it is suitable for residential, commercial, and large-scale solar hot water projects.
Solar radiation heats the working fluid inside the sealed heat pipe. The fluid vaporizes and rapidly transfers heat to the condenser section, where the heat is released to the circulating water or heat-transfer medium. The condensed fluid returns to the lower section, creating a continuous heat-transfer cycle.
