Designed for modern hydronic heating systems, our Steel Panel Radiator combines efficient heat emission with a compact panel construction. Made from cold-rolled steel and finished with a protective powder coating, it offers a durable solution for homes, commercial buildings, and heating projects.
With Type 22 and Type 33 designs, different radiator heights, and multiple connection configurations, it can be selected to suit various heating capacities and installation conditions.
The radiator uses a combination of steel heating panels and convection elements to increase the heat-emitting surface. Warm air naturally circulates around the radiator, helping distribute heat throughout the room.
This construction provides a balance between heating performance, installation flexibility, and a relatively compact footprint.
The radiator can be used in both traditional hydronic systems and low-temperature heat pump heating systems.
From raw steel forming to final coating, the manufacturing process is designed around dimensional consistency and product reliability.
Production includes:
Steel Stamping → Panel Forming → Automated Welding → Surface Treatment → Powder Coating → Pressure Testing → Final Inspection
Automated welding and forming processes help maintain consistent radiator dimensions and connection positions, while pressure testing provides an additional quality check before shipment.
A carefully controlled coating process creates a uniform surface across the radiator panels. The powder-coated finish provides additional protection against everyday environmental exposure while giving the product a clean appearance.
Its simple, flat-panel design works well with contemporary residential and commercial interiors.
