HMPP Integrated Pump Station with High Modulus Polypropylene and PLC SCADA

With the accelerating urbanization and the in-depth advancement of rural revitalization, the demand for efficient, environmentally friendly and durable drainage and sewage treatment equipment is increasing day by day. In terms of structural design, the HMPP integrated pumping station is highly integrated, including submersible sewage pumps (usually one for use and one for standby, or two for use and one for standby), crushing grids or basket grids, built-in pipelines, flanges, check valves, intelligent PLC control systems, ventilation and deodorization systems, manhole covers and self-cleaning anti-silting bases, which are fully pre-installed before leaving the factory and can be directly hoisted and backfilled on site. For municipal drainage scenarios with large flow fluctuations, such as rainwater discharge and combined pipe network interception, the pumping station is equipped with a multi-pump parallel system and a high-precision liquid level sensor with an error of ≤±2mm, which can realize automatic start and stop according to the liquid level change, avoid idling damage of the pump group at low liquid level or overflow at high liquid level, and effectively respond to sudden large flow impacts such as rainstorms. Its lightweight characteristics (only 1/7 of carbon steel and 1/10 of concrete) make transportation and hoisting more convenient, which is suitable for construction in narrow urban roads and green belts, and the construction period is shortened by 80% compared with traditional concrete pumping stations, only 1~3 days to complete hoisting and commissioning.

The HMPP integrated pumping station is widely used in municipal rainwater and sewage pipe networks, municipal sewage lifting stations, residential districts, commercial complexes and old community pipe network transformation, which can effectively improve the efficiency of urban drainage, reduce the risk of road waterlogging, and ensure the smooth operation of urban water environment. From site entry to water supply, it usually only takes 3~5 days, which is 80% shorter than the 30-day construction period of traditional concrete pumping stations, and does not produce a lot of construction waste, minimizing the impact on the daily life of villagers. In terms of intelligent operation and maintenance, it is equipped with an Internet of Things controller, which can upload operating data such as liquid level, current and fault codes to the cloud platform in real time through 4G network. Village cadres or operation and maintenance companies can check the equipment status through mobile phone APP and receive fault alarms for precise dispatch, which reduces the technical threshold of operation and maintenance. For different climate conditions, it is also equipped with corresponding protective measures: the outer side of the cylinder in northern areas is wrapped with an insulation layer of ≥50mm to prevent freezing in winter; the waterproof grade of the pumping station in southern rainy areas is ≥IP68 to avoid rainwater seepage into the control system.
