Prefabricated Modular Integrated Sewage Treatment Plant for Industrial Wastewater Treatment
The assembled integrated sewage treatment equipment is a type of sewage treatment equipment independently developed by our company, which is structurally modular and has modular treatment units. Using stainless steel or carbon steel, it can be combined with various processes and has a long service life. Its unique mechanical structure can make the steel plate of the water tank reach more than three times the strength of conventional structures.
At the same time, due to the use of modular design, the water plant occupies about 60% less land than traditional water plants, and can achieve prefabricated production in the factory, effectively reducing the amount of assembly work on the construction site, thereby greatly enhancing the stability and reliability of the product.
Traditional sewage treatment plants, due to their technological requirements and structural limitations, have relatively independent structures, resulting in high costs and large land occupation.
Our company relies on more than ten years of water treatment experience to develop integrated structural units, integrating water plants into 3-4 units including pretreatment, biochemistry and sedimentation, and post-treatment, significantly saving land, accelerating construction, and reducing operating costs.
Due to the modular structure design that conforms to fluid mechanics characteristics, highly integrated equipment, special water, gas, and sludge distribution structures, and the use of microbial bacteria, the efficiency is significantly improved, and the footprint is saved by about 60% compared to traditional sewage treatment plants.
Due to the prefabrication of various standard modules on the factory CNC assembly line, high efficiency and on-site assembly save about 80% of the construction period.
