The quick-plug connectors and quick-detachable structure let operators remove a membrane module or curtain without draining the tank, so cleaning or replacement happens in hours, not days. The dual aeration system scours the membrane from both outside and inside, keeping sludge from accumulating on the fiber surface and inside the bundle — the two places where fouling usually begins. And because the membrane curtain headers are cut through a three-step process (rough cutting, heating treatment, precision cutting), the filament through-hole rate exceeds 98%, so the entire membrane area is always available for filtration.

Daily: record permeate flow and trans-membrane pressure (TMP). A slowly rising TMP at constant flow is the first sign of fouling — start with a backwash. Weekly: observe the aeration pattern across the module; uneven bubbling indicates a blocked diffuser or a fouled bundle that needs attention. Monthly: inspect the double-layer sealing rings and quick-plug connectors for wear. When TMP exceeds the threshold or flux has dropped about 20%, schedule a maintenance clean: pull the curtain offline with the quick-detachable mechanism — no tank draining, no pump removal — soak in hypochlorite, rinse, and return it to service within hours.
Replacement is equally fast: a single curtain can be swapped in roughly 30 minutes thanks to the quick-plug connectors, and because every curtain is traceable by code, you can order a replacement matched exactly to your installed specification — 7, 10, 15, 20, or 35 m² per piece.
Single external aeration cleans the outside of the fiber bundle, but sludge can still accumulate in the dense center where bubbles rarely reach. Our dual aeration adds internal aeration that delivers air into the heart of the bundle, scouring the innermost filaments that external bubbles cannot touch. The combination prevents membrane blockage from both directions, keeps the entire membrane area productive, and reduces the frequency of chemical cleaning — which in turn reduces membrane stress and extends service life.
