The Skid Mounted Containerized MBR Sewage Treatment System is a highly integrated solution from Zhongqiao Enlightenment for municipal, industrial, and emergency treatment applications.
Using a standard container or steel skid base as the carrier, the system compactly integrates membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology, intelligent control systems, aeration, membrane cleaning, and sludge treatment to achieve factory pre-fabrication and plug-and-play deployment on site.
It is ideal for new industrial parks, temporary camps, field construction, emergency disaster relief, and upgrades of existing treatment facilities, solving the challenges of rapid deployment, mobility, and decentralized wastewater management.
MBR is the core process. It replaces conventional secondary clarifiers with hollow fiber or flat-sheet membrane modules for efficient solid-liquid separation, producing effluent with very low suspended solids and turbidity.
The treated water can be reused for landscaping, road washing, landscape replenishment, or discharged to meet stringent standards. The long sludge retention time and high biomass concentration provide strong resistance to shock loading, maintaining stable performance even when influent quality fluctuates.
The containerized design also offers excellent earthquake, wind, rain, and theft resistance, allowing outdoor installation or integration into civil foundations, with single-lift placement that dramatically shortens project timelines.
Intelligent operation is another highlight. The system is equipped with a PLC automatic control cabinet and IoT module, supporting remote data acquisition, real-time condition monitoring, membrane fouling early warning, and automatic backwashing. Operators can check dissolved oxygen, flow rate, pressure, liquid level, and other key parameters from mobile or desktop terminals, enabling unmanned or minimally attended operation. Zhongqiao Enlightenment provides customized solutions ranging from 50 m³/d to 2,000 m³/d or larger, with material options including anti-corrosion carbon steel, stainless steel, PP wound, and FRP.
