Our 5-500 TPD (Ton Per Day) domestic integrated sewage treatment system is a modular, skid-mounted, and fully decentralized wastewater treatment solution tailor-made for residential communities, villa zones, suburban residential blocks, and scattered residential clusters. Covering a full processing capacity range from small 5-ton daily output to medium 500-ton daily output, the system perfectly matches the differentiated sewage discharge demands of low-density villa communities, mid-sized residential compounds, and large-scale residential districts. Different from traditional bulky centralized sewage treatment plants, this integrated equipment integrates all core treatment units into a compact integral structure, realizing on-site collection, on-site treatment and on-site discharge or reuse of domestic sewage. Core Technology & Working Principle

Adopting mature and efficient A/O biological treatment process and optional upgraded MBR membrane bioreactor technology, the system combines physical filtration, biochemical degradation, solid-liquid separation and disinfection sterilization to form a full-stage sewage treatment process. The built-in grille pretreatment unit intercepts large suspended solids such as hair and domestic waste to avoid equipment blockage. The regulating tank stabilizes water quality and water quantity to eliminate the impact of peak sewage discharge in residential areas. The anaerobic-aerobic biochemical tank efficiently decomposes organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in domestic sewage through microbial flora. The secondary sedimentation tank realizes automatic sludge separation, and the final disinfection unit thoroughly removes harmful bacteria and microorganisms. The whole process operates continuously and stably, with no secondary pollution. The optional MBR process further improves sewage purification accuracy, making the effluent quality reach higher reuse standards.
