Routine maintenance of Muti-Strands Post-Tension Jack
1. Maintaining and maintaining the tension jack as required can ensure the performance of the tension jack, prolong the service life of the jack, complete the construction plan on time, and improve work efficiency, which is of positive significance.
2. The new or long-installed jacks have more air in the cylinders, and the pistons may jump slightly when starting to use. The jacks can be reciprocated 2 to 3 times with no load to remove the air in the inner cavity.
3. The muti-strands tension jack should be made of good mineral oil, which does not contain water and other mixtures, and does not decompose or deteriorate under normal temperatures. The oil should be kept strictly clean, often finely filtered, and replaced regularly
4. When the tension jack joint is connected with the oil pipe and the jack, the joint part should be cleaned and wiped clean to prevent sand and dust from entering the tension jack.
5. The exposed worksheet of the tension jack should be wiped frequently and kept clean. After the work is completed, the piston should be returned to the end. When it is idle, it should be covered with dustproof and placed indoors. When it is temporarily placed outdoors, it should be dustproof, rainproof, and sunscreen.
