Description:
FYG-2 system full-automatic tracking system capping machine is made up of cap unscrambler and cap conveyer and cap-screwing system, movement module,conveying mechanism and control system. The whole structure is succinct and convenient to adjust. It is suitable for the automatic cap screwing for 300ml-5L bottle with insert plug and outside class="lazy" src="/myres/images/load_icon.gif" data-originalrew cap both can work. This is a most recently develop machine of our company. The cap screwing will be finished during the process of products movement.Different from the normal machine which need to pause when cap screwing so that the materials will not shake out from the mouth of the bottleand pollute the bottle’s body.
Features:
1,Quality improvement:This is a most recently develop machine of our company. The lid-pressing will be finished during the process of products movement without pause to ensure that the materials will not shake out from the mouth of the bottle and pollute the bottle’s body or the conveyor belt. All these advantages can improve the quality of the production.
2,Economize labour :When the normal lid-pressing machine works, the materials often shake out from the mouths of the bottles, pollute the bottles’ body and the conveyer belt. So it needs one person to wipe up the body and the mouth of the bottle. While this following lip-pressing machine will not find the sway of the materials so it don’t need persons to wipe up the body and the mouth of the bottle.
3,Adopt the following lip-pressing controlled by Imported motion module controller+Movement module. Capacity:≤2500 bottles/hour.While others adopt the home-made screw lifting mechanism which couldn’t ensure the precision and lower the capacity,only≤1000 bottles/hour.
4,Adopt the belt grouping bottles controlled by serve motor,which improve the precision of the bottles’ position and ensure the high percent of the lip-pressing pass.
5,It’s only need to change the cap-grasper in different standard when changes the specificati
on and it’s just 2 minutes to finish the changement of different products.
6,It’s convenient to adjust the machine by hand screw and scale.
7,This machine’s whole electronic control adopt the import system+French Schneider electrical components which improves the capacity and makes the machine more stable and reliable.
