Flagship 12S High-Voltage Platform
The 120A 12S 4-in-1 is the top of the BX range, supporting 4-12S LiPo with 120A continuous and 140A burst per channel. The 12S capability enables higher voltage, lower current delivery — reducing wire heat and improving efficiency on large 13–18 inch heavy-lift, industrial inspection, and high-mobility multirotor platforms.
8-Layer 4oz Copper PCB
Built on an 8-layer PCB with 4oz thick copper, this ESC dissipates heat far more effectively than standard 4-layer boards, maintaining stable performance during sustained high-current operation. The thick copper also minimizes voltage drop across all four ESC channels, ensuring uniform motor output.
ZTW Proprietary 32-Bit Firmware
Running ZTW's in-house closed-source 32-bit firmware (hardware-compatible with AM32), the 12S model delivers optimized startup, throttle linearity, and protection logic tuned specifically for high-voltage heavy-lift applications. The firmware is field-upgradable and supports custom parameter profiles for industrial customers.
Dual 3300µF AISHI Capacitors
Two high-quality AISHI 3300µF/63V capacitors provide massive energy reserve for 12S full-throttle transients, preventing voltage sag and protecting the flight controller from power spikes. 8AWG power leads with an Amass XT90 plug handle the high-voltage, high-current delivery.
Dual Mounting & Industrial Connectors
Supports both 30.5×30.5mm and 85×65mm/M4 mounting patterns for flexible integration into large-format stacks. Dual 8Pin SH1.0 flight controller cables provide redundant, low-resistance FC connectivity. At 102×75×10mm and 117g, it is purpose-built for large industrial frames where performance and reliability outweigh ultra-light weight.
