The 80A model gives UAV integrators and high-power RC pilots meaningfully more continuous current than the 60A, suited to larger motors, bigger props, and heavier airframes that need sustained power rather than brief bursts.

The extra headroom over the 60A supports demanding applications like heavy-lift multicopter arms, mapping drones carrying payloads, and larger fixed-wing UAVs where current draw stays elevated throughout the flight, not just at takeoff.
12-Gauge Power and Motor Wiring
Stepping up from the 60A's 14-gauge leads, the 80A uses thicker 12-gauge wire on both power and motor sides, reducing resistive losses and heat buildup when running closer to its rated current for extended periods.
90×37×12.5mm, 75g Construction
The larger housing gives the 80A more surface area for heat dissipation than the compact 60A, supporting the longer-duration, higher-load missions typical of industrial and agricultural UAV work.
Reverse Thrust for Heavier Aircraft
The SMR function enables reverse-thrust braking below 50% throttle, helping slow larger, heavier airframes on landing — a practical advantage when operating from shorter strips or recovery zones.
8A Adjustable SBEC for Complex Payloads
The 5V/6V adjustable SBEC supplies up to 8A, enough to run a flight controller, GPS, telemetry radio, and multiple servos simultaneously — supporting the more complex electronics stacks typical of mapping, inspection, and agricultural UAV platforms.
Consistent Multi-Platform Programming
Like the rest of the Beatles G2 series, throttle response, brake strength, cutoff voltage, and SMR settings can be configured via transmitter stick, the ZTW LCD Program Card G2, or the Bluetooth Module app — letting OEM customers standardize setup across a fleet of mixed ESC models.
Reliable Protection Under Heavier Loads
Startup, over-temperature, low-voltage cutoff, phase-loss, and signal-loss protections are all built in, giving integrators confidence when running the ESC closer to its rated limits on demanding industrial or commercial missions.
