The Dolphin 300A HV OPTO is the flagship of the Dolphin underwater series, delivering extreme current capability in a fully IP67-sealed enclosure — engineered for work-class ROVs, heavy-lift AUVs, large subsea thrusters, and industrial marine propulsion requiring maximum thrust.
300A Continuous / 1200A Burst Current
With an extraordinary 300A sustained and 1200A peak output on 10-20S LiPo, this ESC handles the most demanding underwater maneuvers — heavy tooling deployment, strong current station-keeping, and rapid ascent/descent on large subsea platforms.
Certified IP67 Full Waterproof
Rated IP67, the ESC is fully protected against dust and water immersion, providing reliable operation in direct seawater contact and eliminating concerns about enclosure leakage or condensation during deep dives.
Optocoupler-Isolated High-Voltage Input
The HV OPTO design provides galvanic isolation between control and power stages, protecting surface control units and subsea computers from the extreme electrical noise generated by 300A+ propulsion systems.
Massive 6-Gauge Wiring
6-gauge power and motor wires (275mm each) handle extreme currents with minimal voltage drop and resistive heating, ensuring maximum power delivery to large thrusters even during prolonged high-thrust operation.
Built-In 5V/1A BEC
Unlike other Dolphin models, the 300A includes a 5V/1A BEC output to power receivers, telemetry modules, or small sensors directly — simplifying the power architecture in compact subsea electronics enclosures.
Shielded Signal & Optional Firmware Upgrade
The 26AWG shielded signal cable (120mm) ensures clean control communication, while optional firmware upgrade and programming support allow customization for specialized industrial subsea applications.
