The 160A Single ESC is the most powerful standalone controller in the BX range, delivering 160A continuous and 180A burst on 5-12S LiPo. 120MHz Processor + Bidirectional DSHOT
The 120MHz AT32F421 MCU handles bidirectional DSHOT300/600 with precision, providing accurate RPM telemetry even under extreme 160A loads. This ensures stable flight controller filtering and synchronized motor output on large, high-inertia multirotor frames.
ZTW Proprietary 32-Bit Firmware
Running ZTW's closed-source 32-bit firmware (AM32 hardware-compatible), the 160A features optimized high-current startup logic, advanced thermal management, and customizable protection thresholds — essential for industrial platforms operating in demanding environments. Firmware is field-upgradable.
Robust Construction for Industrial Duty
10AWG input and output wires handle 160A with minimal heat, while nine 68µF/100V capacitors provide substantial energy reserve for aggressive throttle transients on 12S. At 80×33×7mm and 35g (excluding wires), it mounts easily to narrow-arm frames and boom structures. Full over-temperature, low-voltage, and signal-loss protection ensure reliability in mission-critical operations.
