STM32H743 Flagship Processing Power
At the core of the BX-H7 is the STM32H743 microcontroller — the highest-performance MCU in the ZTW flight controller lineup. With significantly more processing headroom than F405 or F722 class controllers, it handles complex Betaflight PID loops, dual gyro filtering, and 8-motor X8 mixing with zero latency. The high clock speed ensures buttery-smooth flight feel even on the largest, highest-inertia frames.
4-12S Wide Voltage Input
The BX-H7 supports 4S through 12S LiPo directly via the 8Pin connector or bottom G/BAT solder pads — no external BEC or power module required for most builds. The 12S capability enables high-voltage, low-current power delivery on heavy-lift and long-range platforms, reducing wire heat and improving overall system efficiency.
Dual Camera Support (5V & 12V)
A unique dual-camera design provides both 5V and 12V camera power outputs (CAM1 and CAM2), allowing simultaneous connection of an FPV camera and a secondary recording or thermal camera — ideal for cinematic, inspection, and industrial survey drones. Each camera output has selectable voltage via solder pads, supporting both analog and digital camera systems.
Dual 4-in-1 ESC for X8 Octocopter
The bottom-mounted M1–M8 motor pads support connection to two 4-in-1 ESCs simultaneously, enabling true X8 octocopter configurations without Y-cables or signal splitters. UART1 is dedicated to ESC telemetry, providing real-time RPM, voltage, current, and temperature data from both ESCs directly to Betaflight for advanced filtering and monitoring.
Rich I/O for Industrial Integration
With 8 UART ports (UART1–UART5 plus expanded pins), I2C for magnetometer/sonar, current sensor input, WS2812 LED strip support, 5V buzzer output, and 4.5V/5V/12V regulated outputs, the BX-H7 accommodates virtually any peripheral — GPS, ELRS receivers, DJI HD VTX, lidar, airspeed sensors, and more. The AT7456E OSD chip supports DJI digital video modules with full OSD overlay.
DJI Plug-and-Play & Type-C
A 6Pin DJI connector supports direct plug-and-play with DJI Air Unit, RunCam Link, and Caddx Vista — no soldering required. A Type-C USB port provides easy firmware flashing and configuration. The BOOT button enables forced DFU mode for recovery from bricked firmware, plus LED display mode toggling.
Compact 30.5×30.5mm Footprint
At 38×38×8mm and 13g with a standard 30.5×30.5mm/M4 mounting pattern, the BX-H7 fits virtually every standard FPV and industrial drone stack. Built-in barometer, 16MB black box flash, and TVS input protection complete a flight controller ready for the most demanding missions.
